this will probably be the only serious part on my blog. i have been working on a magazine, and this is it :-))

HELLO, MY NAME IS

HI. We’re Kēki. Kēki means cake in Japanese. Just like a cake, our magazine comes with many layers. Music, fashion, models, and... well, other stuff.

We write about what we like, and what pleases the eyes. Even though we’re no PEOPLE magazine, we are an individual magazine. And by individual, we mean we don’t even have a headquarters. 

Ok, ok. I guess you understand already that Kēki will be filled with witty remarks and music that you’ve probably never heard of (But, you should have.). But not only will we have music and fashion and “stuff”, but we’ll have cute fluffy CATS. Well, not specifically cats, but you get the point. Cute things. Like cats.

Or Red Pandas. 

And things that are cool, but you probably are too scared to try out. 

But those things don’t have to be fluffy and cute.

Or do they.

Never mind. We have ADD.

BAND OF THE MONTH-

MGMT

MGMT is one of our favorite band, here at Kēki. Their psychedelic music is something that you can dance to. And by dance, we mean leap around and do some weird hippie dances. We found out about MGMT... by listening to ‘Kids’. Then we listened to ‘Time To Pretend’. Then ‘Electric Feel’. We were hooked from the first time we heard ‘Kids’, tho. Their first album (Oracular Spectacular, released in January of ’08) had awesome vibes. So does the second album (Congratulations) which was released in 2010.

We totally disagree that the second album ‘isn’t as good as the first one’. Because, MGMT is one of the best bands out there. And to the people who say their second album sucks, well you’re wrong. But, that’s your opinion. Ha. Ha. Ha. Um... we don’t really know what to say anymore so we’ll leave you off with our favorite tracks off each album.
